Site for--Trump, Trump news, Donald Trump news, and Donald Trump, and news today
How dangerous are Tucker Carlson and Marjorie Taylor Greene? Let me count the ways.
Both are incredibly pro-Putin. Despite their protestations to the contrary, their comments serve Russia. Our adversary is using their statements on Moscow media to justify its own evil military misdeeds.
“Moreover, the entire project at times feels like product-placement for Trump’s various assets. Contestants stay at the Trump Towers and speak of him in hushed, reverent tones, fretting about what to name their teams in order to impress him.” Variety review of The Apprentice Jan. 4, 2004.
The groveling subservience and worship of Trump by many of his subordinates began almost immediately. Who can forget 1st chief of staff, Reince Priebus, groveling before his boss at the first cabinet meeting. Before starting, Trump went around the table and gave his appointees a chanced to tell the media what a swell guy he was.
Some far-right wing sites are publishing the identity of the "alleged" cop that shot Ashli Babbitt. The publications I have seen are showing a black man as the "murderer" as they put it.
You do recall, Babbitt was the lady killed on 1/6 as she tried to crash through the window of the door that separated the rioters from the lawmakers.
In the War of 1812, Francis Scott Keys wrote The Star-Spangled Banner, a tribute to our flag kept aloft by patriots who sacrificed their lives every time it was knocked down one perilous night by withering cannon fire from 100 + British Men of War anchored off Fort McHenry. The Fort was not a full-fledged military establishment and contained many families with abundant women and children but that was immaterial to the invaders.
On Jan. 6, X-President Trump’s shock troops turned our flag upside down and used their poles to stab, maim, and kill police, hunt legislators they could murder, and desecrated the U.S. Capitol a stone’s throw from the White House the British burned during the same War of 1812. Men and women in the hundreds of thousands have died under our flag to preserve freedom and our way of life. It’s a time of choosing whether we are Americans, or worshipers of pagan god.
NOW THAT THE LIZ CHENEY "ET TU ELISE" MOMENT IS HISTORY...
Where do we go from here? That depends upon knowing, just where are we now?
On Friday, Elise Stefanic got her “kiss the ring” opportunity showing her immense loyalty to the Mar-a-Lago Emperor for his elevating her to Cheney’s perch. The New York State Congresswoman is in perfect company with Kevin McCarthy and Steve Scalise.
Since the November vote, Trump has been calling the 2020 contest (the one where he got shellacked), a "stolen election". He promoted what others coined "Stop the Steal". That phrase inspired some of his most angry supporters to the "The Big Insurrection" at the nation’s capitol. As a result, hopefully, some of those folks who he whipped into a frenzy will spend time in the BIG HOUSE.
After over 60 court decisions, including his own 6-3 majority US Supreme Court bouncing him on his supreme tush, Trump continues with his attack upon our democracy. He has "ghosts-of-a-chance" fantasy to change the elections results. His behavior reminds many of us of an emotionally spoiled-brat--who will torch earth rather than being branded as a “loser”.
Is Joe Biden's $1.9 trillion covid-19 relief bill good legislation? Obviously, the Democrats seem onboard. Republicans? Not so much. Well, "not at all", seems more accurate.
This weekend, the Democrats in the Senate approved the legislation 50-49 and it is now headed to the House for its own vote on Senate changes. Then, if it does get the House ok, the instrument is on to the President for his signature.
Now that Donald J. Trump is no longer residing in the White House, Republicans and conservatives, throughout the country, are reflecting upon the role the one-term president should play in determining the party’s future. Due to the attack upon the Capitol of January 6, the issue has become front and center for many party members. Some are surprised that Trump still wields enormous power. Others are not only not surprised but are pleased that he is still doing so.
On Friday, I discussed current political events with Quin Hillyer, who is the Senior Commentary and Editor for the Washington Examiner.
For almost one year, instead of being focused upon how to get rid of the coronavirus, thanks to then-President Donald Trump, we debated whether we should wear masks and if we should social distance. What a waste of time. And, a waste of life.
During an interview with Jim Brown to discuss Pandemic to the future, the issue of whether we should open up the schools came up in our discussion. Below is the transcript of this segment of the interview. Below also is the video. I strongly recommend watching the video.
