As soon as the TV cameras started to reveal our US Capitol under siege, the misinformation machine revved up its juices. Across social media, on Parler, Twitter, Facebook, in news articles, on radio and TV, the propaganda machine on steroids started to create alternative facts.

As one of his first acts, Joe Biden should preemptively pardon Donald Trump from a cornucopia of offenses about which we are obligated to presume his innocence unless, and until it is adjudicated to be otherwise.
His niece, Mary, blames the president's father Fred, the Machievelli of public housing in Queens, for the leaky conscience that gave Trump permission to cage children at the border, cavort with dictators, and try to execute as many people as he can before the last of his Diet Cokes is carted away from 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
BOMBSHELL!! BOOM!! FRAUD!! WOW!!
If one were to gaze at Twitter or Hannity Wednesday night, one would have thought someone had finally discovered the long-lost OJ Simpson knife.
Yet, Wednesday night's hysteria-induced eruptions seemed no different from any other night's outbursts post-November 3rd. Since then, Donald Trump has gone on a 24/7 rant after the shellacking he took election night with his Twitter loaded with conspiracy-theory claims. Indeed, this could be just another.
It’s official. As Donald Trump has become more unhinged and desperate, the "All the President's Men" (and women) have become increasingly dangerous and out of control. They are throwing around words of violence, martial law, executions and other emotives intended to incite others to anger.
For what? For Whom?
Have ya noticed? Louisiana is holding an US Senate contest in just two-and-a-half weeks. While fixating on Fox, CNN or MSNBC taking in the latest from the Presidential drama on TV, perhaps you might have seen an ad or two promoting the Senatorial contest. Or, maybe you haven't.
But, it's true. There is an election on November 3rd. And looking back, a mere six years ago, what a difference time and politics can make.
For those keeping score, as the state begins its early voting today, the Republican incumbent Bill Cassidy is facing a major Democrat Party challenger, Shreveport Mayor Adrian Perkins, who has great credentials. He’s has a West Point education, Harvard law degree and military stints in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The lights are dimming. The picture is not pretty.
We're weeks away from Election Day 2020. We're looking for the next leader to have the presidential demeanor, the control of personality to lead this country at a time where more nations are only a red button away from our armageddon.
If the goal was for Donald Trump’s chief physician, Dr. Sean Conley, to clear up the confusion he created during Saturday’s press conference, he missed his mark. If anything, the White House physician gave great credence to Trump's critics complaints--that the doctor is taking orders from his client.
Below is the transcript from today’s press conference in which the doctor updated the public about Trump’s physical status as the president recovers from Covid-19. Below the transcript are my own observations:
How important is global warming to the presidential and the Congressional campaigns this November?
Not at all? Somewhat? Very? Do they approach the other “hot button” issues such as the riots or the Covid-19 disaster? If not now, will they?
This was an issue discussed on Saturday as Jim Brown and Rannah Gray talked about the issues that matter in Louisiana and in the United States.
For now, there are a record number of storm in the Atlantic and the Gulf. The fires are burning in Oregon, California and Washington State. President Donald Trump visited California on Monday and made it clear that he questions the issue of global warming.
It is easier to discover an intelligent statement from Joe Biden than it is to find a real journalist in America today. In the Trump era, American journalism has moved from trying to hide its hard-core left-wing agenda to opening advocating for the Democratic Party.
For decades, the American news media have been liberal. Studies showed consistent and overwhelming support among the news media for Democratic candidates for President. Even a landslide loser such as 1972 Democratic presidential candidate George McGovern was the runaway favorite among American journalists.
President Donald Trump has a point.
Since late May, Joe Biden has not come out strongly against the riots that have run our streets now. The Democratic Convention was mute about rioters' physical brutalizing police, their torching federal buildings, their throwing Molotov cocktails.
Biden and Democratic leaders must crackdown using the legal forces available, whether it be the State Police, the National Guard, or any other available federal power that these Mayors and Governors can control. We do not want the President to send in unwanted agents as he did this summer in Portland. Nor do we want folks, boiling mad, to post onto the Internet, calling for vigilantes to gather their long rifles. We all know happens when that occurs.
