Decisions will be made during the phone meeting.  Conclusions, based upon those decisions and the underlying details must be outlined and prioritized.  Each manager is responsible for a certain corporate function.  Each must be very familiar with how the meeting impacts their own respective department and of course, how everything integrates with the meeting's big picture.  Most importantly, the CEO needs the final report, yesterday.
