What should we do about Tara Reade?

Unless you've been on media lockdown lately, the lady somewhat has morphed into Joe Biden's running mate, of sorts. The Bidens, the Democrats, the media, and the anti-Trumpers are running away from her story, ready to explode. They must not. The past has long legs.

Just in case you are in doubt, Donald Trump did not create the covid-19. He did not ask it to visit the United States. He has not personally fired over sixteen million people over the past three weeks. Regardless, it is time for him to take responsibility.

I know, many of you are going to cry out and say this is a “ hit piece”. You will defend the president, call all of those people who are critical of him and his coronavirus performance as not caring about America, casting blame rather than working together for the greater good.

Roughly one month ago, Louisiana had no coronavirus cases report. Today, the state Department of Health and Hospitals claim there are 10,297 reported, 370 deaths reported, 1707 patients in hospitals, 535 of them on ventilators.

Also, over 53,000 tests have been completed, with 49,608 being done by state labs.

The New Orleans region is one of the nation's top hot spots.  In New Orleans and Jefferson Parishes, deaths alone amount to 233.

Once again, hell broke loose at the White House. Meanwhile, California, New York and Illinois are on lockdown. More are likely soon go follow.

Now that we’re in crisis mode with the Covid-19, the issue of the moment involves Trump vs. a member of the media.  Meanwhile, those most at risk are Americans who are just looking for answers.

Donnie youre doing a heck of a job 1 3

Let us congratulate President Donald Trump for doing his job now that he cannot fabricate a campaign narrative of a “nothing burger” virus.

Today, we know that the Coronavirus, which he insists upon branding it as the Chinese Virus, is so much worse than what he and his gang had previously told us.

As usual, President Donald Trump and his buds have pulled out the blame game, which is standard freight for this administration. Whenever our fearless leader is backed against the wall on any issue, he counterpunches and blames everybody else but accepts no personal blame.  Ever.  Then he launches into the “hoax”, “witch hunt” or "political coup against the president" mantra and his chorus repeat the chant, louder and longer.

President Donald Trump did not create the Coronavirus. He does not want it to spread. His administration has taken steps, to date, that has limited the breakout.

Nor did Trump cause the stock market to nosedive this week.  There are many causes for what many are calling a correction that has nothing to do with Trump.

Nor, by the way, are the Chinese engaged in some type of wild-brained conspiracy to cause the US stock market to crash, ushering in a more socialist-friendly American government.

We don't need Russian Bots to tell us there is a misinformation campaign taking place as we crank up for the upcoming elections. President Donald J. Trump is taking care of that Russian misinformation issue in the way that "only Trump can." We now know that in addition to his and the GOP Senate's refusal to pass any legislation that could stem the voter manipulation tide, the president has other ways to handle the problem.

landrieu 2014

What a profound difference makes six years!

Back in February 2014, Louisiana was embroiled in a hotly-contested free-for-all for the U.S. Senate position. Retired, and unknown Air Force Colonel Rob Maness had just announced his candidacy to oust Senator Mary Landrieu, the powerful senior Democrat US Senator. Landrieu, generally had been hailed as the hero from the Hurricane Katrina wars fighting the emotional unending battles to save South Louisiana and New Orleans.  However, Landrieu faced one major obstacle--President Barack Obama who down in these parts was less popular than the BP Oil Spill (if that were possible).
